Spark Trading LLC is a joinery and fit-out contractor based in Oman, providing interior fit-out, joinery, and related construction services. By engaging with our services, you acknowledge that:

• You are at least 18 years of age or have the authority to enter into agreements
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• You will provide accurate and complete information when requested
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Spark Trading LLC offers the following services:

• Interior fit-out and construction
• Custom joinery and millwork
• Furniture manufacturing
• Design consultation and project management
• Renovation and refurbishment

All services are subject to separate agreements that outline specific terms, pricing, timelines, and deliverables for each project.

Quotations provided by Spark Trading LLC are:

• Valid for the period stated in the quotation (typically 30 days)
• Subject to site verification and final measurements
• Exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated
• Subject to change based on material cost fluctuations

A formal project agreement will be required before work commences, outlining payment terms, project scope, timeline, and other specific conditions.

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, designs, and software, is the property of Spark Trading LLCor its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Payment terms are outlined in individual project agreements. Generally:

• An advance payment is required before project commencement
• Progress payments may be required at project milestones
• Final payment is due upon project completion and handover
• Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in the agreement

Spark Trading LLC warrants that all work will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner using quality materials. Specific warranties for workmanship and materials are outlined in individual project agreements.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spark Trading LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of our services.

When engaging our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate project requirements and specifications
• Grant necessary site access for surveys and installation
• Make timely decisions and approvals to maintain project schedules
• Ensure site conditions meet agreed requirements
• Make payments according to agreed schedules

Either party may terminate a project agreement according to the termination clauses specified therein. Generally:

• Written notice is required for termination
• Payment for completed work and materials is due upon termination
• Custom-ordered materials may be non-refundable

These Terms and any project agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Oman.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms.
